The Haddy
Motorsports headed south for racing on Saturday
night at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds.
Tim would get a great pill draw and start on the
pole of the 4th heat race. The race would
not go exactly as planned, as Tim fell back to
finish 3rd, still good enough for an A-Main
transfer position. Glenn & Pat worked very
hard getting the car set-up for the A-Main as it
looked to be a very nice track.
Tim worked his way
towards the front only to get spun out trying to
get underneath another driver in turn 4.
Tim would restart at the back and again work his
way towards the front. This time two cars
spun in turn 4 and Danny and Tim had no were to
go as the go into each other and stopped on the
track. Tim was able to restart again (from
the back again) and would have 7 laps to see
what he could do. Tim worked both the
bottom and top of the track to get himself a 10
place finish over them last 7 laps.
With the first weekend in
the books, Tim sits 6th in overall points with
the MSA and looks to move forward more this
coming weekend as they will be at both Manitowoc
and Plymouth again. Check back for the
results early next week to see what happened !!!

The Haddy
Motorsports started it's 2009 season this past
Friday night at the Manitowoc County Expo.
It was fun talking to everyone again, and
bringing out the new car with the new number was
allot of fun for everyone.
Tim started the heat
race from 4th and jumped into second and the
drop of the green. Tim would slowly fade
back to 5 as the car was a bit tight on the very
fast 1/3 mile track. It was then onto the
B-Main and the last chance to make the A-Main
for the night. Tim would have is work cut
out for him as he would start 8th and only the
top 6 made the A-Main. Tim worked the low
groove of the track and when the checkered flag
flew, Tim finished 4th and made the show.
The A-Main was cancelled after only 3 laps due
to curfew, but Tim was on the move towards the
front. Hopefully we can carry some of this
success to this Friday and get a Top 5 finish.
See ya at the Track !!
